THE LOGIC (USE CASE)
A Conductor is not a calming object. It is an ignition device.
Native copper is one of the most efficient natural conductors on Earth. When handled intentionally, it closes a circuit between body, gravity, and ground. The result is motion — not comfort.
Use a Conductor when you feel stalled, indecisive, or inert. Physical contact creates a feedback loop: bio-electric charge meets metal, metal meets stone, stone meets mass. Friction becomes heat. Heat becomes action.
MATRIX SELECTION
BASALT MATRIX
Controlled Acceleration
Native copper locked inside volcanic basalt.
Copper conducts.
Basalt resists.
This relationship matters. The stone absorbs excess charge while allowing momentum to build. The result is sustained force rather than a spike.
Best suited for:
• Long projects
• Heavy effort
• Momentum that must be maintained
Fabrication Options:
✔ Raw
✔ Face-Cut
NATIVE COPPER (FREE MASS / FLOAT COPPER)
Immediate Ignition
Solid native copper with no host stone.
No resistance.
No buffer.
The circuit closes instantly. Energy moves without delay.
Best suited for:
• Starting something new
• Breaking inertia
• Fast decisions
Fabrication Options:
✔ Raw only
✖ Face-Cut not available
Note: Free-mass native copper is commonly referred to as “float copper.”
FABRICATION STATES
RAW
Cleaned and stabilized with the natural surface preserved.
• Maximum tactile feedback
• Industrial, field-honest finish
• No shaping or decorative alteration
Available for all matrix options.
FACE-CUT (Basalt Matrix Only)
One or more intentional faces cut and polished to reveal the internal copper circuit.
• Copper veins exposed and clarified
• Stone geometry preserved
• No symmetry cuts, no jewelry shaping
Face-cutting is used to reveal the circuit, not decorate the metal. Without a host matrix, there is no circuit to expose — which is why this option is unavailable for free copper.
DEEP DIVE: THE KINETIC TRIGGER
1. THE GEOLOGY (THE RED METAL)
Great Lakes native copper formed when molten metal was injected into fractures within ancient volcanic rock. Over time, the host stone cooled and locked the copper in place.
I do not dissolve stone to isolate the metal. I keep copper in its natural state — either embedded in basalt or as free mass recovered intact. What you see is what the ground made.
2. THE METAPHYSICS (IGNITION)
Copper conducts intent.
Stone regulates force.
Mass grounds the exchange.
The Conductor does not remove obstacles. It pushes through them. When handled during moments of hesitation, the object becomes a physical switch — shifting internal state from static to kinetic.
This is hardware for movement.
3. THE CERTIFICATION
“I select specimens with exposed, continuous copper. I brighten the metal for conductivity, but I leave the stone rough where it matters. This is not display jewelry. It’s working hardware.”
— Jake Dred, Lead Geomancer
Certified Origin: Great Lakes Basin
Lineage: Wild-sourced by hand — water, shore, and soil
Handling Note: Once bound to intent, the circuit is complete
FINAL NOTE
Each Conductor is unique in structure, weight, and copper expression. Selection is by mass, matrix, and fabrication state, not by aesthetic perfection.
Choose the circuit you need.
Close the loop.
Move.
